At Fatina Food, sustainability remains our first priority. The nets our fishermen use
are specially designed to eliminate bycatch (the accidental catching of other fish), and
to minimize disturbances to the ocean floor
Our mission is to be the most trusted seafood brand in North Africa while reducing food
waste and protecting our oceans and waterways. This means making ethical choices every
step of the way, from supply chain and product sourcing to packaging.
The seafaring, hardworking fishermen’s job isn’t glamorous, but it is noble. The sea for
them is more than just livelihood, it is a life-giving force and they are committed to
preserving it. Sustainable fishing practices help them maintain delicate ecosystems,
ensuring they never take more than the sea can give. Preserving fishing locations is
part of the Moroccan fishermen’s legacy.
